FULL TIME ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Northwoods is seeking a full-time dynamic pastor to walk alongside people on their journey of faith. Also responsible for overseeing and bringing excitement to outreach, missions and education. Specifically:
-Lead the Outreach Ministry Team to develop innovative programs to attract and assimilate new members.
-Lead the Mission Ministry Team in evaluating current partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and implementing our mission initiatives.
-Lead the Adult Ministries Team through developing a strong program that engages adults to deepen their faith while identifying and equipping leaders to serve and grow in ministry.
Position Requirements:
Master of Divinity
4 to 10 years’ experience in church ministry
Engaging preacher and teacher
Experience in developing outreach ministries
Experience with mission/service-related programming
